The room was new-fashioned and gorgeous, had a such great stay on vacation. It met expectations.

The hotel was clean, it's a terrific place to visit. Personable, thorough staff members were who provided phenomenal service.

My children and I liked being there. The bed was very comfy, the room was cool and exquisite with a nice view. The staff were caring and amicable, no complaints.

Outstanding hotel, good views and location is decent close enough to the restaurants, the Riverwalk, bustle of the main commercial area where the restaurants. Huge, bright room, with exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. Informative staff who provided phenomenal service and free Wi-Fi.

Although the bed was too hard, it was wonderful stay. Our food for continental breakfast was great and all the staff where exceptional and pleasant. It was central and close to Wax Museum.

Its breakfast definitely should 've been included.

This exceptionally comfortable hotel was good value as contrasted with other options. We loved all the venue offered: quiet beds and thoughtful staff. The location was easy, with Las Canarias Restaurant nearby, where we could eat.

This hospitable hotel occupies a beautiful building in the original style. It is in exceptional location to The Cove, set easy walk to the property. The beach is beautiful and the views are wonderful.

Generous-sized room, super location, fast check-in. The hotel was near the beautiful beach. There were TV set, coffee and hairdryer in the room, loved that. The breakfast had plenty of options: eggs, hot waffles, bacon, jam and toast.

It was an exceptional time staying at this luxe hotel. Generally everything was PERFECTly fine, nonetheless the bathroom was smelly. So comfortable location to Hemisfair Park.

Huge room, outstanding service, convenient location. Meals here were amazing and savoury. An early check-in and the staff was PROFESSIONAL.

It deserves its 3 stars. 15 mins walk to the center. We ordered lunch at the county line, located only a short distance to the venue.

Very perfect hotel, close enough to the downtown, 15 minutes' walk. Thoroughly enjoyed dainties at sip brew bar & eatery, it was right next to the venue. Beds are great.

Bed was comfortable, like a cloud. On-site restaurant Windows on the River was a bonus, had dinner there. This is a hotel go-to for San Antonio!

It was truly a great stay. Situated 5 mins walk from the san antonio river walk and in front of other tourist spots. Windows on the river, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining.
